1. Product Guarantee

We guarantee that our products are free from manufacturing defects upon arrival. If you receive a defective item, contact us within 5  days of delivery.

2. Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers:

    • Manufacturing defects
    • Structural issues
    • Missing parts

Our warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear
    • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or weather exposure
    • Unauthorized modifications

3. Warranty Claims

To file a claim:

    2. Include photos or videos of the issue
    3. Our team will review and provide next steps

If approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
